Neelam is a registered professional psychologist with RCI. She is trained in the fields of psychology, counselling, assessment, psychological therapeutics, organizational behavior and skills development.

She worked at Mental Hospital, Indore. as a psychologist, and has worked with many national and international programs and organizations like Matri (Action Add India), Vishwas (MPSACS), FIWE (MORD), and The Awsar Project (UNICEF). She has also worked at some educational institutions like IMI, Indore, and Christian College, Indore. She currently practices at SAMARTH.
